The price on the page is the price you pay.

No timer, no fake stock warning, no discount that reappears tomorrow. This page explains how we price, and what happens to your money when something goes wrong at our end.

How a price gets set, and how long it stays

A price here is set once against what the thing costs us, and then it sits there. It is not raised in order to be discounted, and there is no second price for people who wait, hesitate or abandon a basket. If you paid last month and the number is lower today, that is the number changing rather than you having been charged a beginner's rate.

The reason is self-interested rather than noble: a customer who felt hurried is a customer who asks for their money back, and rightly.

How the money actually moves

Why there is no subscription

We do not hold a card on file and bill it monthly. A recurring charge that is easy to start and hard to stop earns money from inattention, and we would rather earn it from people who meant to buy again.

If you want something again, you buy it again.

Scope of this page

This is about billing, pricing and refunds. It is not clinical guidance and it makes no claim about what any product does — that is not what this page is for and it is not something we would put on a website in any case. Over-18s only.
