The company

We compound in Australia. That is a deliberate cost and we carry it because a short supply chain is the only way to answer a customer properly when something is wrong. A relabelled import gives you a nice box and no ability to explain it.

Our products are sold under our own brand names. Availability and pricing are on the main store; this page is about the business behind them.

What we hold ourselves to

• No clinical claimsWe are not clinicians and will not act like it. Anything that needs one gets sent to one.
• No staged resultsWe publish no before-and-after photographs. They are the easiest thing here to stage and the hardest to check.
• No false scarcityNo countdown that resets on reload, no "3 left" that has said three for a year.
• Testing shown, not describedA claim of testing with nothing to open is a sentence on a website.
• Over-18s onlyNot a policy we discuss.
