If you change your mind, send it back within thirty days of delivery and we refund it in full. You do not pay to return it.
Any pen that is still unopened and unused, within thirty days of the day it arrived. Because these are compounded medicines, a pen that has been opened or used cannot be returned — that is a safety limit, not a restocking rule.
Nothing. We pay the return postage and send you the label. There is no restocking fee and no handling charge, and the refund is the full amount you paid including the original delivery.
Email ops@peakpepts.com with your order number and tell us what is coming back. We reply with a prepaid return label. Once the pen reaches us the refund goes to the card you paid with — the bank decides how quickly it appears on your statement, and that part is not ours to promise.
That is not a change of mind and the thirty days do not apply to it. Email us and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you would rather. Do not post it back before you have written to us.
This policy sits on top of the Australian Consumer Law, which it does not limit. Nothing written here removes a right you have under it.
